Privacy without the fog.

This notice explains what the Muyinza Media website collects, why it is collected, and the choices you have.

Project inquiries

When you submit the project form, Muyinza Media receives the details you provide, including your name, email, company, phone number, project type, budget range, timeline, and message. This information is used to review your request, reply, prepare a scope, and keep a record of the business conversation.

Inquiry data is processed through GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, the customer relationship platform used by Muyinza Media. It is kept only as long as needed for the inquiry, client records, and applicable legal or accounting requirements.

Cookies and browser storage

The site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses essential local browser storage to remember your cookie choice and whether the project popup was dismissed or submitted. That keeps the same prompt from repeatedly interrupting you.

YouTube and Vimeo embeds are optional. They remain off until you select “Allow videos” or choose to play an embedded video. Those providers may then receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page you visited, subject to their own privacy terms.

Hosting and basic logs

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process basic request and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts. The site does not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may choose essential storage only, allow embedded videos, or change that choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. You can also clear this site’s local storage in your browser.
